Rates
Private room with in-suite private bath:
Shoulder seasons $79 - $175 per room per night*.
Summer $150 - $350 per room per night*.
Closed October through mid May.
Higher rates apply to holidays, certain weekends, and during special events.
* Any rate quoted is subject to 13% tax.
Reservations:
Booking suggestion: If our booking link says there is no availability on any particular day, we suggest you send us an email or call to inquire about availability as there may still be availablity. A cancellation might not have been posted yet. Also note that if you are booking less than 24 hours in advance, the booking system may not allow you to book online for the next or same day, even if there is availability.
Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express are required to make a reservation.
Length of stay
For private rooms: Minimum two nights, maximum five nights booking for private rooms*.*Additional nights may be available at discretion of the management. Length of booking may vary with the season.
Reservations will be held until 6pm unless prior arrangements have been made. After 6pm unclaimed rooms may be resold.
Payments: Payment in full for all nights booked is required on arrival if not paid in advance.
Cancellation Policies:
When booking private rooms online, cancellation policies of online booking agency applies. When booking through Airbnb, visit the following link for online booking cancellation policies: www.Airbnb.com/home/cancellation_policies. When booking through Booking.com, room-specific cancellation information can be found next to the room type under the the "options" column once you are on the page where you can book.
Late Arrivals:
No arrivals after midnight without prior arrangement with management
$30 late fee will be charged to guests of private rooms who arrive after 10pm
Minors: Minors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult or with special permission of guesthouse management. No children under the age of 10 are allowed in the guesthouse.
Alcohol & Drugs: No alcohol or alcohol consumption allowed in guesthouse or on the premises. Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited.
Lost and Found: There is a minimum charge of $40 for postage and handling for the mailing of any items left behind by guests.
